According to the seasons, we will serve you fresh, local products, steeped in the traditions and flavours of Provence. During your evenings by the sea, our menu will delight all appetites, from the most gourmand to the most frugal. It is here that every morning, breakfast will be served around a copious all-you-can-eat buffet. French, continental or Anglo-Saxon style with sweet and savoury, every morning is another reason to get up!

In accordance with the social responsibility policy of the Vacances Bleues group, and with the aim of reducing our ecological impact while at the same time boosting the region’s activity, we have developed collaborations with local producers.

As far as the wine cellar is concerned, we work with the Bailli estate located in the Gulf of St Tropez. The breakfast also features local craftsmen, with Herbin jams (with Menton lemon) or honey whose producer is only 200m from the Balmoral hotel.

And for gourmet souvenirs, our shop offers Limoncello prepared by Esatitude, a solidarity service in Menton.
